The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                   
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 426                                                                              
    "An Act requiring state agencies to provide for electronic                                      
    submission of forms and relating to annual reports of state                                     
    agencies."                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
HB 426 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                     
Finance Committee.
